Have the above for sale. Was only used for a month or so back in spring before I got a Garmin.....has been sitting in the box until now. Very nice computer, no wires and with only one unit that sits on the the non-drive side chainstay...nice and neat! Comes in box with manual.....(NOTE: missing the wheel and crank magnet....but can both be bought from wiggle.co.uk at a cost of £2.50 each....just search "magnet").

Looking forward to '09-'10 season and already thinking of ski holiday, and after four holidays I have finally accepted what Dave suggested, that my board is too big for me.
Ride Fuel 156cm board
Ride LS bindings
SS20 padded board bag.
Board has inevitable marks in base from use and in topcoat from ignorant types clattering into you in the lift line for four one-week holidays. There are no deep gouges, or separation. The marks in the base are not deep enough to require ptex filling- they fill out with a waxing.
Not much to say about the bindings, theyre unmarked and fully functioning, with on-the-fly/no tools adjustable heel plate, but as you can see from the plates on the board I have also got a set of Flow bindings (which are a bit marmite but I love marmite).
Bag is yer basic/generic cheap padded bag, but is identical to one we use to carry both mine and Dave's board (pay one carriage, carry 2 boards, result).
Board would be better suited to someone of closer to 5'10ish I think. If interested it can be collected from Bicester (M40 junction), Reading M4 junction or I can bring it back to Cardiff.

For sale - Top notch bench press station which takes up to 300 kg [same as those seen in pro gyms] including olympic 20kg bar with spin collars and a selection of various plates from 20 kg rubberised to 1kg. Needs a big room to set up but bargain at £200 ono. One or two other bars included i.e. curling bar etc. Also adaptable for squating if desired.

Winter magic bar tape

For sale strips of ready cut lead roof lining to wrap over your bars and then cover with your normal bar tape. This adds pounds to the overall weight and allows massive gains on the Rhigos. The tape has been product tested by AJ last Thursday in a placebo experiment where he was unaware of the lead under his bars. It got a thumbs up because he could nt ride on the flat never mind climb.
Great if you want to play a joke or just poison a team mate over the winter. Included in the price is half a ton of lead scrap that can be easliy melted down and poured into any frame (metal that is) Bargain at £350 OVNO.

British Cycling have kindly let us have 3 Dolan team replica track frames for £50 each. This is to help us get more rides on their own bikes. The £50 gets u a frame, forks, head set ,chain and miche bottom bracket.
They have a sloping top tube so best look on dolan web site for details. They have been around the block a bit but only at newport.
The top tube lengths are 58cm, 53cm and 49cm and that is basically the frame size as well.
Its a case of get a cheque to me for £50 made out to British Cycling and its yours. Ring me on 07837201418 if you want to see one. Then get it down the shop to finish it off.
This is non profit making, they are simply surplus to BC requirements.

I have a fair bit of kit frome nicole including her TT bike and Road wheels for sale Also a few of her road bikes and a few turbo trainers. I'm taking the whole lot to an event at Newport where I hope to sell a lot of it for her.
the only kit that might be of interest to JIf members is her 2009 road wheels. She only used them a few times and then they spend most of the year in my garage. Probably less than 300miles covered. They are dura ace carbon semi aero rims with Dura ace hubs and continental competition tubs x2.Spoke 16 front and 20 rear. As light as any wheel set I have seen. New I recon £1400. Nicole wants £500 for them. I will have them in the boot of my car tonight if any one fancies a look.

Due to a recent move to SRAM I have a couple of used Shimano chainsets, a rear mech and one bottom bracket for sale.
1) Ultegra 6600 53/39 172.5mm chainset less than a year old and only used in summer - a bit of scuffing on both cranks but otherwise perfect - £40.
2) Dura Ace 7900 bottom bracket - only a month old - perfect condition - £10
3) Tiagra 4500 52/39 170mm chainset - well used with a few scratches but still very usable - 9/10 speed compatible - £10
4) Ultegra 6600 rear mech - less than a year old but with a few scratches (though nothing major) - £10

..on that offer Rhodri. If it wasn't for my turbo trainer(s - I've got one in work as well) I wouldn't stick with the pack beyond Maindy stadium. They're a very time efficient way of training - even if cycling indoors is lousy!

Probably missed the boat on this one but I've got 2 frames slightly larger than 54cm depending on what measurement your using. Raleigh welded titanium frame (55cm top tube) light & very comfy but not super stiff by current standards. Also Kinesis Racelight T, very stiff but not so light & comfy, great starter bike as has deep drop brakes & mudguard & rack mounts so very adaptable, frame in very good condition but paint flaked on fork brake bridge.

Hello all. I'm selling my spare cross bike to finance the bits for a 3 peaks specific/heavy duty cross bike.
Its a Fort,roughly 54cm in size (road frame equivalent), slightly too small for me, so would suit someone up to 5ft 11", equipped with a very decent set of tyres and largely Deore groupset. This would make an ideal first cross bike (for experimenting with god's own cycling discipline :), an ideal spare cross bike for the pits or a good hack bike for commuting and bouncing around on. £225 to a Jiffy.

Got this for sale as have recently bought a 500 due to power recording abilities. It's in good nick, works perfectly, got both bike mounts to go with it, all you need is zip ties. No box sadly as thats probably back home in London somewhere, might be able to dig it out.

For sale, one really lovely single speed / fixed gear frame a Traitor Luggernaut in blue (hand-made steel frame and forks). It's a size 56cm, would suit you if you're between 5ft 8 and 6ft. Ridden once and available from midweek w/c 14th March.

Traitor are Portland, Oregon based and specialise in single speeds. If you're wondering why I'm selling a frame that's been ridden once (1hr 45mins on the clock!), it's purely because I don't get on with the colour (a very, very long story and it really is MY hangup - the fellas at the shop think it's beautiful). They're certainly not wrong about the bike - I get a different colour next week.
The RRP for this is £350, but I'd be very happy with £275.

Don't have them myself mainly due to the cost but they do apparetly give you about 1% efficieny saving when your in nice smooth airflow on the front of the bunch doing 40mph!

i am with Adam Blyth (omega pharma lotto). He has a set of team wheels here for sale. never used and in wheel bags. they come with a 11 speed 11-25 cassett. one new and one used continental competition tubs. the wheels are r-sys premium mavic. the ones with the carbon spokes. i justn googled them and they are £880 new. well that is the cheapest i can see them. With the cassette and tubs they got to be over a £1100. We are past the 4th bottle of wine. Adam says you can have the lot for £350. I am leaving here at 11.00 friday morning. if you want them you will need to ring me on 07854877395 before i leave. I will give adam the money and you can give it back to me in the week.

Adam has just pulled a pair of yellow mavic shoes out of a box. still got the tags on and the tissue in the shoe. they are mavic altium full carbon. size 43.5. some one here says they are £250 worth. not sure if this is true. if it is then Adam wants £125 for them. ring me in the morning if you want me to bring them home.
