Monday 25th - Track session - Velodrome - 2000-2130
Tuesday 26th - Club ride - Shop - 0930
Wednesday 27th - Track session - Maindy - 1900-2030
Thursday 28th - Club ride - Nantgarw McDonlds - 1000 - Route: As we are meeting a little later and further out from the City the route will not include the Rhigos.  Steady out, pick up the pace over the moor (Penderyn) then return.
Saturday 30th - Club ride - Shop - 0930
Sunday 31st - Club ride - Maindy - 0930 Route: Severn Tunnel Junction (For those of you not familiar with this route it's one we traditionally do at this time of the year.  There is a section of un-surfaced road at the end of the 'Flats', perhaps not the time to ride your race frame with 'skinny' tires!?  PS.  Don't forget spare tubes!
