...think so...after having to miss the race on Saturday, I'm "looking forward" to racing on Sunday!

are thinking of cycling over, racing, and then back. Meeky seems to think that most of us will not last the pace, so might as well make it part of a longer ride....

my plan is to ride down. Pump meekys tyres up and hang on the back as long as I can, whilst watching the master meeky at work.

Due to the massive forces that will be unleashed at Llandow when the "Whoops, Assos" moment happens, Pez and I have developed 2 patented technologies to assist with Smeekster Missile accuracy.

I will use Whiskas Technology - with the looping parallel contrails from my moustache acting as guidance for Pez to place himself in the venturi sweet spot off the back of my Assos. I'll peel off at 400 metres handing over to Pez.

Pez has also developed an even more fascinating new guidance system to help Smeekster stay in the right position. He will, at the right time, start to produce copious quantities of foam from the rear of his shorts. All Smeeky has to do is follow the foam......when the foam stops Smeeky must GO !!

results of weigh in with me and eds are-
i was 15.02 and now 13.07 loss of 1st 9lbs
ed was 13.09 and now 12.02 loss of 1st 7lbs
but we are both winners really as we look,feel and are going load's better

That's a decent drop in lard guys! Now I expect no excuses when it comes to the sprint for the line at the President's this year...
