I can confirm those findings...eating the first option after saturdays ride put me in perfect shape for the hilly 50 =] .....and managed to drop from 67.254kg to a svelte 67.249kg!

JAMES...The meal pictured is not the mad hatter (the one you consumed on saturday). The picture if of mega hatter. The far larger version. Note the extra custard on the desert.
